Minnick Web Services moves into new office headquarters

On November 15, 2007, the staff of Minnick Web Services (MWS) packed up the two office suites they had been occupying since April 2003 and moved into a larger office space on P Street in midtown Sacramento. The move was triggered by lack of space due to the company’s steady growth during the last five years.
“Although several locations were considered, the P Street building was ideal to fulfill our company’s needs and values” says Margaret Minnick, Minnick Web Services’ Chief Operating Officer.
An important factor in the decision was finding a location close to public transportation, since it’s the preferred method of transportation of one half of MWS employees. Minnick Web Services values eco-friendly alternatives and made sure employee needs were taken into consideration.
Though the familiarity of the old neighborhood might be missed at first, everyone is excited about the move and ready to settle in and get familiar with the new environment. “I like all the awesome food around here and the karate place around the corner” says Priscila Ibarra, one of Minnick Web Services’ Web Developers.
The new headquarters offers plenty of growth for the company’s future, as well as an opportunity for Minnick Web Services’ creative office culture to express itself and to promote employee well-being.
